THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF "LAS BRISAS AT COUNTRY CLUB OF MIAMI" ALONG WITH OUR PROPERTY MANAGERESS, MARGARITA MORALES, ARE COMMITTED TO THE PRINCIPLE THAT OUR COMMUNITY INCREASINGLY IMPROVES IT QUALITIESD. THAT IS WHY WE ENFORCE RULES AND REGULATIONS, SO THAT OUR RESIDENTS, WHO ARE OUR ABSOLUTE PRIORITY, ARE ABLE TO ENJOY OUR FACILITIES WITH UTMOST SAFETY AND TRUST.
UNDER MARGARITA MORALES EXELLENT MANAGEMENT AND FOR THE BENEFIT OR OUR RESIDENTS, IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT, SUCH AS:
. NEW ROOFS HAVE BEEN LAID OUT.
. THE FORMER SWIMMING POOL HAVE BEEN IMPROVED AND ENTIRELY RENOVATED.
. THE PARKING LOTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED.
. THE SEWAGE SYSTEM OF THE WHOLE COMMUNITY HAS BEEN UNCLOGGED AND CLEANED IN DEPTH.
. ALL BUILDINGS WERE RESTORED AND PAINTED THROUGH A CONCRETE RESTORATION PROJECT WICH TOOK PLACE BETWEEN 2015-2017.
OUR MANAGEMENT IS ALSO QUALIFIED TO FACE EMERGENCY MATTERS. IN THE EVENT OF HURRICANE "IRMA", THE COMMON AREAS WERE CLEANED AND ALL SERVICES RESTORED IN NO TIME, WITH THE SUPPORT AND HELP OR OUR RESIDENTS AND OUR VENDOR COMPANIES.
IN THE NEAR FUTURE WE PLAN TO INSTALL BRAND NEW ELEVATORS WITH THE NEWEST TECHNOLOGY AND WE ARE AS WELL IN PROCESS OF HIRING A NEW LAUNDRY COMPANY, NOT ONLY BECAUSE IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY, BUT ALSO BECAUSE WE ENJOY SO DOING.
