Swimming Pool Temporary Closure

The swimming pool is currently closed. We are actively working with the Florida Department of Health to complete all required steps for reopening. Our Management Company and Board of Directors are fully engaged in the process to ensure the pool meets all safety and compliance standards.

Recertification Successfully Completed

We are pleased to inform all residents that the Building Recertification process has been fully completed and successfully passed. This important milestone confirms that Las Brisas at Country Club of Miami meets all structural, electrical, and life‑safety standards required by the State of Florida.

This achievement reflects the hard work of our Board of Directors, Management Company, and the licensed engineers who conducted the inspections. It also reinforces our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained community.

Upcoming Projects & Permit Process

Las Brisas at Country Club of Miami is preparing to begin several major improvement projects that will enhance the safety, appearance, and long‑term value of our community. These projects include impact‑resistant windows and sliding doors, concrete restoration, exterior painting, and new balcony and stairway railings.

Before work can begin, we must first obtain all required permits from Miami‑Dade County. This permitting phase is already underway, and once approvals are issued, construction schedules will be finalized.

We will provide residents with official updates as soon as the permits are granted and the project start dates are confirmed. Your patience and cooperation during this important preparation period are greatly appreciated.
